A hotel stay should be the start of a great trip — not the end of one.

Gonomi was born out of a simple observation: the most memorable part of a holiday is rarely the room itself. It’s the dinner you didn’t expect, the boat you didn’t know you could book, the guide who turned a city into a story. Yet most hotels still treat themselves as places to sleep, while the experiences that make the trip happen elsewhere — and the revenue lands with someone else.

Our mission

We’re building the platform that turns every hotel into an experience retailer. Pre-arrival messaging, in-stay recommendations, AI agents that handle the back-and-forth with local operators, and payments that reconcile back to the folio. The front desk stops being a switchboard and starts being a concierge again.

If we do this right, guests get the trip they actually wanted, hotels capture revenue they used to leave on the table, and local operators get a steady stream of high-intent bookings without paying an OTA tax.

Founders

Gonomi is built by a small team in the Netherlands with deep roots in hospitality, software, and AI. We spent years watching front-office staff juggle WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and supplier phone calls to do something that, in 2026, a well-designed system should just handle. So we built it.
